Terms & Conditions

Using Restoq

Restoq helps homes and businesses build restock baskets for everyday essentials. Orders placed through the website are sent to Restoq on WhatsApp for confirmation before fulfillment.

  • Product prices shown on the website are estimates until Restoq confirms availability, final price, delivery fee, and payment details on WhatsApp.
  • Some products may be unavailable, replaced, resized, or repriced. Restoq will confirm substitutions or changes with you before payment is made.
  • Delivery timing and delivery cost depend on your location, order size, and product availability.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and order details so Restoq can process your request correctly.

Privacy Policy

How we handle customer details

Restoq collects only the details needed to prepare, confirm, and support your order. This may include your name, phone number, delivery area, address, order items, order notes, company name, invoice preference, and WhatsApp messages related to your order.

  • We use customer details to confirm orders, arrange delivery, provide receipts or invoices when requested, and respond to customer support questions.
  • We may share the minimum details needed with delivery partners, suppliers, or service providers who help complete your order.
  • We do not sell customer personal information.
  • You can contact Restoq on WhatsApp to ask about your order details or request a correction.

Refund Policy

No refunds after payment

Customers can adjust or cancel an order before payment is made. Once payment has been made, Restoq does not offer refunds for change of mind, duplicate requests, wrong customer details, or items accepted during WhatsApp confirmation.

  • If Restoq cannot fulfill a paid order or paid item, Restoq will contact you to agree on a replacement, adjustment, store credit, or refund for the unavailable item.
  • Delivery fees, where already committed to fulfillment, may not be refundable.
  • Refund decisions are handled through the same WhatsApp channel used to confirm the order.
