You choose the items you regularly need at home, select how often you want them, and send your order to Loop on WhatsApp. We confirm availability, delivery, and payment with you.
Do I pay on the website?
No. For now, payment is handled manually on WhatsApp after we confirm your order.
Can I change my recurring order?
Yes. You can add, remove, pause, or change your items before each delivery.
Can I make a one-time order?
Yes. You can choose one-time order if you do not want recurring delivery yet.
What areas do you deliver to?
Delivery areas will be confirmed on WhatsApp during the pilot phase.
